An open house will be held at Whatcom County Fire Station 2, just north of Nugents Corner on SR 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 9.

WSDOT will provide information about several Mount Baker Highway safety improvement projects, including updated roundabout designs proposed for the Nugents Corner intersection , Britton to Coal Creek paving , Gallup Creek bridge replacement, Warnick Bluff stabilization and the East Church Mountain Road realignment.
