Nationally gas prices reversed course and climbed 18.7 cents while Washington prices dropped 2.7 cents over last week. Bellingham reported some of the cheapest and most expensive prices on washingtongasprices.com Five stations in Whatcom County tied for the states cheapest gas at $3.49 per gallon on washingtongasprices.com
