Gas lower though still well up for the year
Thursday, 11 September 2008

Gas prices continue down with Blaine prices finally going below $4.00 but State wide prices still 95.1 cents above last year while national average 83 cents over last year at this time.

Bellingham is still taking top spots for the cheapest gas in the State as reported by washingtongasprices.com

Two cheapest stations
ARCO
3002 Old Fairhaven Pkwy & 30th St
Bellingham
Meridian Super Mart
4120 Meridian St near Bakerview
Bellngham

This year's busy hurricane season may slow or reverse the downward trend in prices however.
