The first annual Community Wellness Fair will be held at the Ferndale Events Center Friday, May 29 9 am to 6 pm & Saturday, May 30 9 am to 4 pm.

Activities and Events

Hilltop Restaurant and Catering will be offering Healthy lunch choices for purchase with proceeds supporting the Lighthouse Mission.

DATA Doctors will be working on computer health, offering free diagnostic health checks.

There will be free informational workshops throughout each day.

• Dr Chad Booth from Core of Life Wellness Center talks about WHOLE Food Nutrition, and Natural Remedies for Allergies.
• Dale Holt of Whidbey Island Bank will be conducting workshops on family budgeting tips.
• There will be more than two dozen free community workshops throughout the two days from trusted community experts.

All net proceeds of the Community Wellness Fair go to these local community charities.

• Blue Skies/Children
• United Way

Total Goal to Raise for Local Charities: $20,000 plus 1000 pounds of food items

Event admission is free with a food item or $5 donation to the Food Bank.
