Robert Shannon of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, and Devron Quast of Abbotsford, British Columbia, were arrested in Ferndale, by agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force.

The two allegedly agreed to sell drugs to undercover officers inside Bob's Burger & Brew and arrested when they went to the parking lot.
