According to employees, he was yelling vulgar comments to employees, making threats, urinated near the restaurant and "hung a B.A." as he left the area Due to these factors DAIRY QUEEN requested that police issue him a LIFETIME NOTICE of TRESPASS from the property. (C1) was located a few blocks away and issued a the Notice of Trespass. He was also detained for an Alcohol Protective Custody Hold as he was staggering in and out of traffic.
